What's the team make-up?
We're registering girls who are in grades 4 through 12 during the 2025-26 school year. Exact team make-up will be based on the enrollment numbers and friend requests.  Athletes will be playing on teams in their age/grade range.

Yes, we accept friend requests!
We understand friend requests are important and keeping friends together is a priority for us.  The best way to help us keep friends together is for both friends to request to be with each other before May 15th. After May 15th, it can get tricky due to team size caps but- we'll still work hard to get it done.  Thanks in advance for your early friend requests!

Supporting a healthy & respectful environment.

We're proud to be working side by side with parents and caregivers, on and off the field, who are committed to creating an environment dedicated to the enjoyment of our players.  Thank you for supporting us in this important goal and recognizing our parent/caregiver code of conduct which is modeled after one developed by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.

  • I will remember that my child plays sport for her enjoyment, not mine.
  • I will encourage her to play by the rules and to resolve conflicts without resorting to hostility or violence.
  • I will teach my child that doing her best is as important as winning, encouraging her not to feel defeated by the outcome of a game.
  • I will make my child feel like a winner every time, praising her for competing fairly and demonstrating strong work ethic and effort.
  • I will not ridicule or yell at my child for making a mistake or losing.
  • I recognize that children learn by example and will applaud the performance of my child's team and as well as the opponents.
  • I will not force participation in sports.
  • I will not publicly question the judgment or opinion of a sporting official.
  • I will support efforts to remove verbal and physical abuse from children's sporting activities.
  • I will respect and show appreciation for trained volunteer coaches and youth athlete referees who give their time to provide sports activities for my child, understanding I have a role in my child's development.
  • I will respect and show appreciation for parents who share these commitments.
